LED Light Housing

We often develope electro-mechanical products such as this high intensity LED light housing. We bring mechanical engineers together with electrical and electronics engineers to create market leading products. Creating products that meet size, manufacturing, quality, ease of use (human factors engineering), and heat dissipation requirements are important with these designs. We combine features and create designs that use as few parts as possible and utilize snap features and combined assembly techniques to eliminate use of fasteners. Ease of assembly and use of fewer parts improves quality and yields a clean looking and more robust design.
