Dimensional Inspection

We perform product testing and dimensional inspection using calibrated measurement equipment. Equipment available includes, but is not limited to, tensile and compression tester, Keyence digital measuring microscope up to 200X magnification (see close up of Abraham Lincoln on penny in pictures), vacuum and pressure testing, heat age studies, calipers, micrometers, mass of samples (weighing), thickness gauges, pin gauges, particle counter, bed rail gauge, force gauges, male/female Luer gauges, high temperature furnace, and more.
